Rules for Public Comment Periods:

• Each speaker is limited to 3 minutes. Please state your name and address once called upon. Please speak slowly and loudly.

• Each person may only speak once per meeting during the public comment period.

• Each public comment period is limited to 30 minutes.

• Comments must be relevant to Jail services or policies.

• Persons desiring to speak may sign up prior to the meeting by contacting Santina Thelen, Secretary to the Authority Board, via email at sthelen@rrj.state.va.us or by identifying themselves and the subject of their public comment in person with the Secretary prior to the start of the meeting.
