Comments must be relevant to Jail services or policies.
Persons desiring to speak may sign up prior to the meeting by contacting Santina Thelen, Secretary to the Authority Board, via email at sthelen@rrj.state.va.us or by identifying themselves and the subject of their public comment in person with the Secretary prior to the start of the meeting.
